ISO/TC 106における規格文書の作成 CiNiiでみる

抄録:

ISOは政府組織に属さない独立した国際組織であり,1947年スイス・ジュネーブに設立された.ISOにおける規格文書の作成は専門委員会(TC)が行っており,歯科材料器械に関する規格はTC 106(Dentistry)が担当している.日本のTC 106におけるISO規格作成は,日本歯科材料器械研究協議会が担当しており,日本工業標準調査会から委託されて国内委員会業務を行っている.規格文書には国際規格,技術(標準)仕様書,技術(標準)報告書,公開仕様書の4種があり,それぞれの文書の作成に関しては「ISO/IEC専門業務用指針」に記載されている手順に従って作業が進行する.国益をかけて活動する国も多く,我が国も可能な限り,多くの議長を獲得することが必要となる.きわめて専門性の高い作業であり,長い経験を必要とすることから,若い世代の参入が是非とも必要である.

The postgraduate education on dental materials and devices is very important to improve the quality of the dental treatment. In the study, effectiveness of workshop (WS) as the system in the postgraduate education on dental materials and devices was investigated based on the questionnaire survey. Most of the participants replied "I got something great from what WS provides.", "WS is effective in the postgraduate education." and "I want to participate again." In conclusion, WS is effective as the system in the postgraduate education on dental materials and devices.

FRP矯正ワイヤー開発に向けた熱可塑性樹脂のナノコンポジット化 CiNiiでみる

Transparent PMMA/clay hybrids as trial products were prepared by using a direct dispersing method. The montmorillonite, organically modified by alkylammonium ions, was selected for the reinforcement. Then, board-shaped specimens were formed by the method of compressing molding at 230 degrees centigrade. The organically modified layered silicates were well-dispersed macroscopically in PMMA and the specimens were transparent enough for the esthetic orthodontic wires. The flexural modulus of PMMA/clay composites increased with the content of the montmorillonite. The results suggested that the intercalation might occur by the method used in this study.

ハイドロキシアパタイトの抗菌化のための洗口剤の試作 CiNiiでみる

The purpose of the study were, first to compare the bactericidal effects of commercial mouth washes on planktonic bacterial cells with that on biofilm cells, and second to evaluate the antibacterial effects of the quartery ammonium salt immobilized on hydroxylapatite (Etak-treated HAP). The antimicrobial activities of commercial mouth washes against planktonik cells varied depending upon the products, though all products have shown little effect against the biofilm cells. Thus to inhibit the microbial biofilm formation, the quartery ammonium salt was immobilized on HAP, and the results demonstrated the excellent antimicrobial effect of Etak-treated HAP on biofilm formation of Streptococcus mutans.

衣服や布に対して抗菌加工できる洗剤の試作 CiNiiでみる

We developed the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salts [3-(triethoxysilyl)- propyldimethyl-octadecyl ammonium chloride (Etak), a coupling agent with disinfectant. It has broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against both Gram-positive and-negative bacteria, fungi and yeasts. This compound binds chemically to a variety substrates, making it a nonleachable antibacterial agent. Its bounded antimicrobial activity has had a variety of applications by binding to fibers, fabric, carpet, sock manufactures (to control odor-causing bacteria), and metal surfaces. In the present study, we incorporate Etak into cleanser to yield the new kind of soap, and examined the antimicrobial activity of washed towels.

The purpose of this study was to develop an adhesive root canal sealer including hard tissue formation. The mixture of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) and Super-Bond Sealer (SBS) was prepared. The addition of 1% MTA to SBS was not lower the mTBS of the MTA-SBS mixture after 24 hours. However, it was suggested that increase of additional MTA to SBS decreased the property of polymerized the MTA-SBS mixture.

各種隣接面修復システムによる接触点回復状態 CiNiiでみる

Four proximal restoration systems (NEW: a system using a prefabricated composite resin inserter for proximal plane, CON: a conventional method using a plastic matrix and wedge (CON), VRS: V-shaped ring system (GC), OPT: a modified metal matrix with the Tofflemire retainer (Ivoclar Vivadent)) were evaluated using a contact recovery evaluation device which could monitor the pressure to the proximal plane. The pressure during a 50 μm contact gage insertion (PR) was evaluated. The PR of NEW and VRS were significantly greater than those of CON and OPT. These results suggest that the contact recovery situations are different among these systems.

Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) 含有接着性根管充填用シーラーの開発 CiNiiでみる

The aim of this study was to develop an adhesive root canal sealer containing Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). Specimens were prepared by mixing Super-Bond Sealer (SBS) and different concentration of MTA (50, 33, 20, 10, 5 wt/%). After soaking in simulated body fluid (SBF) for 2 weeks, surfaces were observed by FE-SEM and element components formed on the surfaces were analyzed by EDS. Calcium-deficient apatite substituted by Na and Mg were formed on the surface of all specimens. It was suggested that the precipitation of apatite would dominantly affect to form hard tissue such as dentin bridge and/or cementum.

生物由来成分による抗菌性ティッシュコンディショナーの開発 CiNiiでみる

We synthesized a new antibacterial tissue conditioner by using Juncus. Juncus powder (Inada, Yatsushiro, Japan) was mixed at the concentration of 0, 2.5, 5, or 10 wt% with tissue conditioner powder (GC, Tokyo, Japan). The anti-microbiological property to C.albicans of these Juncus-mixed tissue conditioners was examined. The mechanical property of the mixtures was evaluated according to the methods certified by ISO 10139-1. All mixtures tested showed significant anti-microbiological activity and the activity showed a concentration-dependency. The mechanical properties were found to be within the regulated ranges specified by ISO 10139-1.

HY剤含有歯科用セメントの抗菌性について CiNiiでみる

In this study, we investigated the antibacterial effects of HY contained dental cement on Streptococci and Actinomyces by in vitro experiments. Cement is used trial HY-contained Temporary pack, Temporary pack^[○!R] (GC),HY-Temporary^[○!R] (Shofu), trial HY-free Temporary cement, HY-Glassionomer^[○!R] (Shofu), HY-Resiglass^[○!R] (Shofu), Fuji I^[○!R] (GC) and Fuji Luting S^[○!R] (GC). As a result, It was suggested that HY contained dental cement has antibacterial activity against S.mutans, S.sobrinus and A.viscosus. Therefore we consider that HY contained dental cement has a preventive effect to dental caries.

コア部分のグラスファイバーポストの長さが築造体の破壊強度に及ぼす影響 CiNiiでみる

The aim of this study was to investigate the fracture resistance of abutment teeth restored with resin composite and different length of glass fiber posts in core parts. Glass fiber posts were cut into 8, 10, 12, and 14 mm (n=8). 8 mm-long dowel spaces were prepared in artificial teeth. As a result, 12 and 14 mm (4 and 6 mm in core parts) showed significantly higher fracture strength than 8 mm. The glass fiber posts with the length more than half of the core parts were effective to reinforce the resin composite core build-up.

義歯安定剤および口腔湿潤剤の動的粘弾性の温度特性 CiNiiでみる

Denture adhesives and mouth moisturizers are used by many denture patients. However, little is known about their rheological properties. This study evaluated the dependence of dynamic viscoelastic properties on temperature of denture adhesives and mouth moisturizers. We used the dynamic viscoelastometer based on a non-resonance-forced vibration principle. Measuring frequency was 1 Hz and temperature was between -150℃ and 100℃. Temperature dependence of loss tangent and dynamic viscosity, and viscoelastic values at 37℃ of each material were measured.

The characteristic of zirconia and hybrid resin have compared in several reports. However, mechanical stress around the abutment teeth and periodontium has not been sufficiently assessed. The aim of this study was cllearity the influence of these materials upon the tooth and periodontal structures through photoelastic observation the differences. Two-dimensional simulation models of a three-unit fixed partial denture of each restoration materials were fabricated and analyzed. The resultant stress was observed photoelastically and evaluated.

シリコーン系顎顔面補綴材料の動力学的性質に及ぼす紫外線の影響 CiNiiでみる

This study evaluated influence of ultraviolet rays on dynamic mechanical properties of silicone maxillofacial prosthetic materials. The ultraviolet rays (312nm, 364nm) and sunshine were applied to the materials for 0, 500, 1000 and 1500 hours. The materials with no application of ultraviolet rays and sunshine were also used as control. Storage modulus, loss modulus and loss tangent at 1 Hz were measured. The results suggested that ultraviolet rays and sunshine deteriorated the silicone maxillofacial prosthetic materials.

水中浸漬がグラスファイバーポストの強度に及ぼす影響 CiNiiでみる

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of water immersion on the flexural strengths of two kinds of glass fiber posts and the fracture strengths of the composite resin cores with glass fiber posts. Flexural strengths and fracture strengths were determined using a universal testing machine (Auto Graph AGS-H, Shimadzu Japan) at crosshead speed of 1.0 mm/min. Flexural strengths of the glass fiber posts and fracture strengths of the resin cores showed significant lower value after 30 days water storage condition.

真空練和容器とスパチュラに付着した水滴量が混水比におよぼす影響 CiNiiでみる

The water-powder ratio (W/P) for stone or gypsum-bonded investment influences setting expansion. In this study, the effects of water drops adhered to mechanical spatulator and hand spatula on W/P were investigated. The amount of water drops was measured by using an electronic balance. The setting expansion rates of an investment were also measured. The total amount of water drops adhered to 250 and 500 ml spatulator and hand spatula were 0.90 ml (SD 0.09 ml) and 1.31 (SD 0.12), respectively. The setting expansion rates of the investment were 0.60 % (SD 0.04 %) and 0.47 (SD 0.04) at W/P 0.31 and 0.35, respectively. The results demonstrated that the total amount of water drops sometimes influences W/P.

レーザー溶接が歯科用金属の機械的性質に及ぼす影響 CiNiiでみる

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of mechanical properties of dental metals after laser welding. In this experiment, specimens were fabricated by casting three dental metals, that is, Au-Ag-Pd alloy, Co-Cr alloy and pure titanium. Laser was irradiated to the surface of specimens under various conditions. The Vickers hardness in the melting area of each specimen was measured after laser irradiating. As a result, the Vickers hardness of Au-Ag-Pd alloy was little changed by laser irradiating, while that of Co-Cr alloy and pure titanium was considerably raised by laser irradiating.
